I’m basically part of your bridal party: I keep things calm, relaxed, and weirdly fun, and I’ll be right by your side for anything you need, all while taking photos. And depending on your color palette… yeah, I might even break out the pink blazer.

the truth
There’s a ridiculous “hidden pricing tier” in the wedding world that photographers argue about behind the scenes, and couples almost never see it. To be blunt, it’s usually three lanes: the “cheap” lane (often newer/inexperienced), the middle tier, and the luxury tier.
With my 12 years of wedding experience, 17 years of film and darkroom experience, and 400+ weddings photographed, I should be sitting in that luxury lane at $7k–$12k. But here’s the part where I’m going to be painfully honest: I price myself out of that tier on purpose, and I have a good reason.
TRUSTING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER & building a bond
Most photographers work their butts off to get to the point where they can charge more and work less. That makes total sense from a business standpoint. But if I charged luxury rates, I’d end up working with fewer couples, and I don’t want fewer couples. I want more. More stories. More once-in-a-lifetime moments. More chances to create art with my favorite vendors and be part of days that actually mean something.
So yes, I’m more “affordable” than I probably should be, and it’s because I care way more about being there for the right people than building some untouchable price tag. I want to experience your story.

engagement sessions
For many people, the engagement session may seem terrifying at first, especially if you hate being in front of the camera, trying to figure out which outfits to wear, wondering which locations could and would not be ideal, all the way to having to choose which season you want to photograph in. Simply put, the whole thing can be daunting. However, having an engagement session can actually solve your fear of being in front of the lens and it can be one of the best bonding moments of your relationship and I'll tell you why!
a hilarious, memorable, and epic experience
Actually experiencing your engagement session brings to life something new in your relationship, almost as if it's your first step as being husband and wife. It's a learning and growing process between both you and I that helps us both become comfortable with a camera around. Instead of stiff and awkward poses, I like to say prompts, play games, and incorporate parts of your relationship which in turn creates poses that represent who you two truly are. You want photos that you can post on social media, print, and be proud and excited of. I give you exactly that!
It's ULTRA chill. Weddings never stress me out. On the contrary, I'm your biggest fan, supporter, and I'll fight to be the #1 bridesmaid, haha. I help lead your day in any scenario, I tell bad dad jokes, and occasionally wear a pink blazer. What's it like working with me? It's like being with an old friend.
what is it like working with you?
Chances are I have photographed at your venue, even if its an hour + away from my home base. If I have not, do not fret as I can visit your location beforehand to make you feel more comfortable. If not, I thrive being at new venues because of the challenge!
have you shot at my venue before?
No, I do not. What you receive is part of a process of eliminating... duplicates, test shots, missed focus shots, shots that are unflattering, and shots that may compromise the essence and overall look of your wedding day.
